There are some great homes for sale that are mfg homes on owned land. Most have garages. The homes in the farm in Wildomar are wonderful and super buys for families.
We have lots of lower priced homes (in nearby communities) as low as 90,000 for a 4 bedroom standard home in Menifee. This is also a normal sale. I am a buyer's agent only and show and sell all agents and brokers homes and listings.
